You didn’t read that wrong! yes ice cream! delicious, healthy, fat free, low sugar, and vegan ice cream!

There are many ways to make a delicious vegan ice cream

One way:

– Freeze a banana or as many as you want for future use

– Put the banana in a blender along with 2 tablespoons or cocoa power and Splenda to taste (don’t use brown sugar, it doesn’t mix right)

– Add some soy milk or coconut milk or any other milk alternative

– Blend everything in the blender until the texture is similar to that of frozen yogurt.

– Enjoy!

Another way to make popsicles is by blending any fruit you want with some milk alternative, Splenda, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract and freezing the mixture in popsicle containers overnight. The next day you’ll have some delicious tasting and very healthy popsicles!




And if you don’t want to go through the ice cream making process, then you can buy vegan ice cream at your local whole foods. So delicious is really delicious and you can find many many favors. It is pricey though so making your own assures you’re using the best ingredients and it’s inexpensive.
