This Indian flat bread is so easy to make and really tasty. We eat it with hummus, jelly, we put some vegan ham & cheese and fold it to make it a sandwich, we eat it with food, soups, or by itself. It is completely vegan but it has a buttery taste. It is so yummy!

They usually come frozen (keep them frozen always). Take one and put it on a clean pan, don’t add anything to the pan, and let it cook. Move the pan around when it gets really hot and the paratha should move around. Flip the paratha until both sides are cooked fully. Then eat!
