Today for lunch I had whole wheat pasta with olive oil and soy crumbles.
Boil the pasta with some salt and olive oil.
While the pasta boils, cook the soy crumbles, chopped onions, chopped tomatos, spices, and olive oil. Cook everything together. I used salt, pepper, red wine, basil flakes, and other spices (see picture).
Once the pasta is done cooking, drain it and add the soy crumbles mixture. Add more olive oil to taste.
I also used to Daiya cheese on top. YUM!
