Walking and yoga

Walking is really good. You should do it. Don’t try to be a marathon trainer or anything in the beginning. Walking for 20 to 30 minutes a day or a few times a week is great. You get to enjoy the sun, the environment, and if you have a dog or dogs, bring them along!

Yoga is also great! Don’t try to be a yoga master at the beginning! Start with simple movements and don’t push your body. Do what you can. Yoga stretched your muscles, invigorates you, and really puts a positive vibe all over your day. You should try it!!
